Rasika graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from the University of London in 2013. Upon successfully completing her pupilage in Messrs. Dorairaj, Low & Teh, Rasika was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015.
Throughout the years, Rasika had garnered a wide range of experience both as a practicing lawyer and as an in-house counsel for a corporate organization namely AIA Berhad. She handled a wide array of matters including but not limited to motor insurance claims, providing advisory on fraud Insurance claims, insurance litigations, contract vetting, and more.
Apart from the above, Rasika is well experienced in the Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes, corporate disputes, defamation, personal injury claims, complex fraud litigation, estate, and probate claims and trusts. She has represented a wide range of clients including multinational and local companies as well as private individuals.
